Description
In 1957, Grandpa Vincenzo opened his small shop in the wonderful medieval village of Acerenza. For three generations, that oven has never gone cold. The family continues the tradition with Dad Michele and a tireless ally, sourdough. Our leavened products have always been a strength, their traditional flavors still complemented by the innovative combinations and reinterpretations that have made their success possible. In 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2020, our Panettone was awarded Best in Italy; in 2017, our Colomba also received the same recognition, and in 2020, so did our Pandoro.
