HOW TO PLACE ORDERS ON CHOCOLATE SHOP?

You can navigate within our catalog by choosing the section from the navigation menu. You can find the product you want more easily by using the search filters. Once you have chosen the products and the desired quantities you can add them to the cart, from the product list or from the data sheet of each individual product, after which you can finalize the order with quick checkout.

To place orders on Chocolate Shop it is not necessary to be registered. However, we recommend that you create a personal account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

HOW CAN I GET AN INVOICE?

You can choose to receive an invoice by clicking on "REQUEST INVOICE" in the cart. You will be able to enter the SDI Code, VAT number and Tax Code.
VAT is already included in the prices.

HOW CAN I GIVE A GIFT?

You can choose to give a gift by clicking on "DO YOU WANT TO GIVE A GIFT?" in the cart.

You will be able to enter your name, the recipient's name and the personalized message that we will print on a greeting card.

IF I GIVE A GIFT, DOES THE RECIPIENT SEE THE PRICES?

Chocolate Shop never sends price documents in the package, so the gift recipient will not see the prices of the products.

The accepted payment methods are:

Delivery times start from the date of shipment and depend on the shipping service selected or available in each country.

Standard shipping (3-4 working days) €5.90

Express shipping (1-2 working days) €12.00

Standard Shipping is free for orders of at least €69.00

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive the link to track the shipment in your email.

The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or make appointments. We therefore invite you to provide a valid delivery address, making sure there is always someone there (for example, your place of work or the address of a relative).
