Description

The Magnifico is a unique pandoro, which brings the values of high quality pastry making to the pandoro market, establishing a new level of excellence never achieved before.
The choice of excellence in the world of butter: with fine French Aop Charentes-Poitou butter, coming from the Charentes-Poitou region.
Thanks to the extraordinary characteristics of the territory and the processing method, a fine butter is born in the Charentes-Poitou region, the protagonist of a chapter of excellence in this story. It is a butter that boasts unique qualities and was the first to obtain the coveted French AOP certification: a precious 'seal' of quality that expresses and protects the typical features of the territory and its traditions.
For a product to be AOP certified it must be entirely made in the area of origin according to traditional methods defined by the specific production specification.
With a perfect combination of local characteristics and tradition, the Charentes-Poitou region offers a jewel of French gastronomic culture: butter. Here the Prim'Holstein cows graze outdoors and rest on small farms. Sweet winters and mild summers, a perfect balance between sun and regular rain make the grass and cereals of great quality, thus providing an excellent basis for feeding dairy cows.
All year round their diet is rigorously taken care of in order to guarantee the milk and then the butter constant high quality, aroma and flavour. Tre Marie chose this butter because it has extraordinary characteristics and a perfect structure for the preparation of fine pastry desserts.
