For those who love the softness of Pandoro but want to be captivated by the taste of high quality chocolate: the Magnifico Intenso combines the characteristic notes of butter and vanilla of Pandoro with a shower of Domori extra dark drops, in the Vidamà variety.
Vidamà cocoa originates from the Ivory Coast, more precisely from the province of Oulaidon: it is part of a fair trade supply chain project to protect the biodiversity of the plantations and the development of the harvesting and processing process of the cocoa beans.

VIDAMA' COCOA
60% Cocoa from the province of Oulaidon takes its name from the village of the same name, the center of a constellation of other villages and the beating heart of the supply chain of this particular variety. Vidamà cocoa is fermented "in a slide" for 6 days on banana leaves. This is then followed by drying for 7-10 days. The biodiversity and variety of crops in the area give it an exceptional aromatic profile. It is a particularly fragrant variety, thanks also to the exchange of pollen with the wild orange, mango, wild coffee and cardamom plants, among which it is cultivated.
