The result is a chocolate full of layered textures, revealing something new with every taste.
A soft, creamy "Piedmont IGP Hazelnut" and cocoa cream heart is wrapped in a crunchy Nougatine inner shell, made from caramelised almond crumble. It's all coated in dark chocolate and finished with 75% dark Chocoviar pearls, for a bold finish that balances the sweetness of the heart.
