What distinguishes it is the enveloping softness of its pasta, made of fresh eggs and flour, rich in butter and at the same time delicate. But also the white blanket of sweet icing sugar and the young spirit, so versatile as to inspire the imagination of those who want to offer it as is or accompany it with simple or creative recipes.

Ingredient
WHEAT flour, butter 14.5%, sugar, fresh EGG yolk, orange paste 8% (ground orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural yeast (WHEAT), whey in powder, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, salt, natural flavourings. May contain SOY and NUTS. Powdered sugar in sachets (3.5% of the finished product). Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT starch, natural flavourings. Store in a dry place, away from heat sources. It is advisable to keep the product in a warm environment, protected in its original packaging, at least one hour before serving it and to sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
