Ingredient
Soft wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (12.20%), fresh pasteurized eggs yolks cat. "A" (10.2%), water, sugar, natural sourdough starter (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt, powdered milk, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
Filling: orange peels (16.3%), mandarins (6.20%) and Amalfi Coast I.G.P. lemons (3.7%) (we use 298 g of Amalfi Coast I.G.P. Lemon per kg of finished product) (orange peels, Amalfi Coast I.G.P. lemons, mandarins, sugar, glucose, water).
Glaze: sugar, almond flour, rice flour, ground toasted hazelnuts (7%), sunflower seed oil, powdered egg white, natural flavorings, corn starch, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
INSIDE THE BOX YOU WILL FIND A PIPING BAG OF LIMONCELLO CREAM (NET WEIGHT 120 G).
